Polka dots on the outer side of the shoe and stripes on the inner side. Dimensional fabric paint "texture bumps" on the body and lower tongue portion of the shoe adds texture and shine. Shoe tongue is black. Coordinating polka dot bow is securely hand-stitched to the back of the shoes.
