How long will it take to get my order?
All Shoofly Shoes® are made-to-order unless otherwise noted. Shoe orders are typically delivered within 3-4 weeks from order/payment approval. Please contact us for the availability and pricing of rush orders. Colored/patterned shoelaces currently in stock typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us for international order/shipping requests. Our online shopping cart is not programmed to calculate international shipping fees. For more information regarding international orders, please view our ordering information page.
Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
We will accept returns/exchanges on most of our shoes. Shoe designs that are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable have a notice posted above the "add to cart" button on their respective product pages. Orders for custom designs are also non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please review our returns/exchanges policy for detailed information.
Can you send me a catalog?
At this time we do not offer a print catalog. Our shoes can be ordered via our online shopping cart, phone or fax.
Are Shoofly Shoes machine washable?
We do not recommend machine washing due to the possibility that the colors will fade. Please refer to the shoe care information page for more information.
Can I get Shoofly Shoes in larger sizes?
Our oxford-style shoe designs are available in sizes 8 thru 10 as a stock item. A limited selection of our Hi-tops and Mary Janes are available in larger sizes via special order only. Special orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Can I place a custom order for a design not available on your site?
Please contact us to discuss custom design order requests and pricing.
Will you be offering more children's fashion accessories in the future?
We plan to offer coordinating socks/tights, hats, purses, and possibly clothing in the future. Please sign up for our email newsletter to receive new product announcements.
