The cupcake has one candle, and multicolor polka dots on the pink frosting. Pink, blue and sage green vertical stripes with a dark blue stitching effect on the back part of the shoes. The surface of the shoes have iridescent glitter paint applied for added sparkle. A bright pink button is securely hand-stitched to the strap. Velcro® closure.
